Research Paper

This section features my research work , centered on understanding the biological foundations of health and disease. Each paper reflects a commitment to exploring how cellular and molecular processes influence human physiology, pathology, and therapeutic development. My studies bridge the gap between laboratory research and clinical application, aiming to contribute to advances in diagnostics, treatment, and the broader understanding of human biology in medicine.

Down Syndrome: A Narrative Review

Ongoing research

Abstract:

Down syndrome is the most frequent chromosomal disorder in people and the most widely recognized chromosomal disorder in terms of intellectual impairment. The main cause of the syndrome is trisomy of chromosome 21, which results in several systemic problems. However, there is a large range of phenotypic variation; not all problems manifest in every case.

This narrative review aims to provide an overview of Down syndrome, its genetic basis, clinical manifestations and current management approaches.
